Optimized Metal Recycling: From Complex Industrial Scraps to Pure Materials

Detailed Description

1. Material Introduction

Skeleton Plates

Origin: Stamping/laser cutting byproducts

Characteristics: Perforated structure (0.5-6mm thickness)

Challenges: Low bulk density (0.2-0.8t/m³)

Slit Coils

Applications: Automotive trim, medical devices

Properties: High tensile strength (300-1500MPa)

Recycling Barriers: Springback effect during shredding

Shop Scrap

Composition: Mixed metals (steel, aluminum, copper alloys)

Generation: CNC machining, punching operations

2. Processing Solution

Two-Stage Size Reduction System

Primary Processing: Coarse shredding to<300mm

Secondary Processing: Fine grinding to<30mm

Key Technical Requirements

Shear force: ≥32kN/cm²

Throughput: 5-20t/h depending on material

Dust Control: Integrated air filtration system

3. Equipment Recommendation

LIDI Pre-shredder

Torque Output: 2×180kNm

Cutting System: Interlocking H13 tool steel blades

Special Features: Hydraulic anvil adjustment for thickness adaptation

Complementary Systems

Magnetic separation conveyor (ferrous recovery ≥98%)

Eddy current separator (non-ferrous recovery ≥95%)

Automated sorting cabin (AI-based material identification)
