Focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, sales and service of environmental protection equipment for more than 50 years, our business

covers five major sectors: scrap steel processing, dismantling of scrap autos, processing and separation of non-ferrous metal, comprehensive utilization of

renewable resources, energy conservation and environmental protection. The main products include scrap steel shredder production line, scrapping autos

dismantling production line, non-ferrous metal intelligent sorting production line, dismantling and sorting production line of waste household appliances, and

waste plastic shredder and sorting production line. The large-scale scrap metal shredder production line, scrap autos dismantling line, and non-ferrous metal

sorting production line have the largest market share in the country.

Our metal recycling machinery research institute has strong independent research and development capabilities, masters a number of core technologies,

possess more than 90 proprietary technologies with independent intellectual property rights. The Hubei Provincial Academician Expert Workstation, Wuhan

University of Technology Graduate Workstation, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) Postdoctoral Workstation, Three Gorges University Graduate

Workstation, and the Hubei Provincial Engineering Research Center are established. We have undertaken and completed the “863” project of the Ministry

of Science and Technology and the “Intelligent Manufacturing” project of the National Development and Reform Commission. Our large-scale scrap metal

shear, scrap metal shredder production line and large-scale scrap metal baler are originated in China, and are passed the national scientific and

technological achievements appraisal and reached the international advanced level.

We have five large-scale production and assembly bases, using industrial information platform and big data technology, to create an environmental

protection EQUIPMENTS industry cluster in Yichang as the center and radiating many provinces and cities. All products are manufactured in a modular

design, standardized manufacturing, and a full quality inspection process. ISO 9001 quality certification, ISO14001 environmental management system

certification and OHSAS 18001 occupational safety and health system certification are awarded to our company.

Hubei Lidi has taken the lead in formulating and revising the Metal Hydraulic Baler, Scrap Steel Shear, Heavy Metal Hydraulic Baler, Technical Specifications

for Scrap Vehicles and Technical Specifications for Scrap Autos Recycling and Dismantling Enterprises etc 5 industry standards, and participated in the

formulating of the National Circular Economy Promotion Law. The company is the vice chairman unit of China Scrap Steel Application Association, the vice

chairman unit of China Material Recycling Association, the vice chairman unit of China Recycling Resources Recycling Association, the executive director unit

of Metal Branch of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association Recycling, and the vice chairman of China Environmental Protection Machinery Association,

a deputy director unit of the Technical EQUIPMENTS Committee of China Circular Economy Association, member of the three major associations of BMR, BIR

and ISRA.

According to statistics, there are 10% non-ferrous metal (mainly copper and aluminum) and stainless steel in scrap

steel shredder tailing materials (8%-10% of raw material). Tailing material ratio and the ratio of contained non-ferrous

metal and stainless steel are much higher than these data for ELV shredding companies. It is the important profit

growth point of Shredder line customers which tailing materials are as rubbish processed. And it will really decide the

profit level of a recycling company.
