   In 2005, the first fully independently developed 1000 horsepower scrap steel crushing production line was successfully put into operation. This is a result of a large amount of in-depth study of foreign materials and pictures by Lin Gao and his colleagues, careful analysis of research problems, and digestion and absorption of dozens of foreign drawings. On the basis of hard work, I completed the drawing of a whole set of broken line drawings, up to 600 sheets, each drawing embodies the arduous and outstanding struggle spirit of Comrade Lin Gao and his colleagues. During the user's trial production, the main bearing of the crusher had a heating problem. Comrade Lin Gao was very anxious and rushed to the production site immediately. In tracking production for more than a month, despite the heat, under the harsh environment of scrap steel production, we searched the production site every day to find the root cause of the problem. In the experiment, various possibilities in the entire link of manufacturing, assembling, and purchasing were analyzed, but the problem was still not found. As the days passed, Comrade Lin Gao was very anxious. In a telephone conversation with a well-known foreign bearing manufacturer, he finally found the problem. With direction, he immediately conducted research and analysis day and night, and the problem was finally solved! The successful resolution of this problem accelerated the development of new products of 1500 horsepower and 2000 horsepower crushers, which not only created more economic benefits for the enterprise, but also obtained the provincial "Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Certificate" and "Independent Innovation Product Certificate" many times. , Also created good social benefits.

   In 2007, Baosteel ordered a 1000-horsepower crusher. As a touchstone to open up the market, the company attached great importance to it. In order to meet the many special requirements of customers, Comrade Lin Gao went to Shanghai for technical exchanges and guidance for customers many times. Although his hometown is in Shanghai, he did not go back to see it during work. In order to solve the problems raised by the customer during the communication as soon as possible, he sometimes has to rush back to the company by car all night, before he can go home to repair, and devote himself to the intense work. Thanks to its transparent technology and perfect communication services, it has been praised by customers, which has won the company's reputation and established a good corporate image.

   

2. Overcoming difficulties is a masterpiece

In the face of difficulties and challenges, Comrade Lin Gao always confronted them and never flinched. In 2006, the company cooperated with Japan to manufacture hydraulic cylinders. The task was very difficult due to the tight schedule and incomplete information. Comrade Lin Gao resolutely led his colleagues to study and analyze the differences between Japanese cylinders and our company. Everyone carefully discussed, discussed and analyzed with the welding master, and proposed measures to improve the welding positioning accuracy and the final fine boring of the cylinder head. Through trial production in practice, it has been affirmed, fully met the requirements of the Japanese side, and won the affirmation and trust of the Japanese side. At present, the company has an annual oil tank processing business of 10 million yuan. In 2011, the company cooperated with Japan to develop a 4000 horsepower crusher. Although the Japanese side provided some production drawings, the drawings did not have a detailed list or even a part number. The amount of drawings was extremely large, coupled with language barriers and different design expressions, the drawings were very Difficult to directly use in production. And the core technical data of Japan has some reservations. Facing the challenge, Comrade Lin Gao led all the comrades in the institute to overcome difficulties, digested nearly a thousand drawings and materials, combined with my country’s production level and processing technology, continuously optimized and improved, repeated design and comparison, and successfully developed the product. The technical barriers of foreign high-horsepower crushers were shackled and exported to Hong Kong, becoming the first domestically-made high-horsepower crushing line in Hong Kong.

In 2013, the company established the "Lin Gao Model Worker Innovation Studio", and the Lin Gao team completed the company's emergencies and emergency tasks well. In 2013, the company signed the first 630-ton hatchback door shearing machine. The user only gave two and a half months to the production cycle, leaving only 15 days for the design. Lin Gao not only directed the overall layout, but also personally participated in the process from components to parts. Design, race against time, work with young comrades for more than ten hours a day, struggle for 11 days, arrange the drawings required for production in advance, and ensure the progress.
